Redskins released ILB Perry Riley and DE Stephen Paea.

Riley struggled to come back from December foot surgery and ended up losing his job to Mason Foster. Set to earn $4 million, he cost too much to keep around as a backup. Paea spent most of training camp with the third-team defense.
