I think Gruden is a better coach now then he was in 2014. At times he looked in over his head in 2014. But let's not forget the staff had some piss poor games last year. Atlanta comes to mind, as does the home game against Dallas.

Joe Barry really does nothing for me as a DC. I think we can do better there.
