As much as I want to buy the Kool-Aid, I just have this feeling of dread that all the perceived progress has been a mirage - it's like a bad dream where: Scott McC is not a miracle worker / great talent guy; Gruden really is a bad coach who has an undisciplined team and will run an offense that has a 10 to 1 pass to run ratio; Cousins is really the guy who played the first 8 games last year not the guy who played the last 8 games. We won't win. We never beat the Steelers and we never win Monday night. Doom and despair.

Away you demons of mediocrity past! I want to believe again.
