When you make a mistake you should be held acountable. not destroyed mind you but it should be brought to your attention and then a rememdy found so it doesn't happen again.the nfl doesn't (seem) to have any such mechanism for dealing with officating the has gone bad.denial doesn't work. it just annoys and enrages.there needs to be a better way.
