That is just stupid. With the bump in the cap and at a 23 mil deal the percentage that Cousins would take up is around 14.4% which is lower than the percentage he took up this year. I'd be willing to bet both sides are just playing this out through the media to build their case. Cousins could have made it much easier on his agent if he didn't lay an egg on the last game -- but I'd bet he's going to be here long-term.
