The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports the Steelers looked into free agent Terrelle Pryor, but lost interest when his asking price was over $10 million annually.
It speaks to potential concern over Martavis Bryant's return from suspension, in addition to Pryor's lofty price tag. While costly, $10 million per year is absolutely the going rate for a wideout of Pryor's caliber. Alshon Jeffery is expected to set the top of the market with a deal worth $14-15 million annually. 27-year-old Pryor and 30-year-old DeSean Jackson are next up
