I erase the duplicate signatures. My plan is to send the petition off to Peter King, Dr. Z, and the loud naysayers to remind them that theirs isn't the only criteria that matters. If there are a bunch of duplicates, or "Mickey Mouse" signatures, it doesn't really help the cause.
