Bill Callahan schemes the run game and Jay handles the passing game. I don't think they play well off one another. They don't run and pass out of the same formations, certain formations are nearly 100% runs and others are nearly 100% passes.
Our pass blocking is strong so the passing game usually clicks. Our running game gets stuffed, and I think it's because the D knows when its coming.
It's awkward. He misses McVay, who tied it all together a little better. We can do better than Gruden.

Really? Like who? No experienced head coach would come here unless they are desperate for a job. Hiring another coordinator as a head coach means another 2-4 years of on the job head coach training. At this point Gruden is the best fit for this team.
