The nfl.com link doesn't have s separate date for franchise tagged players so not sure if that date was left off or if it means we can resign Cousins now.
If its now the offer should be on the table immediately. Otherwise legal tampering begins on March 12th, deadline to tag is March 6th. We should have an offer on the table no later than February 20th (1st day to tag) and give him till like March 5th to sign. If no signature we let him leave. |
