(edit: Male school teachers have had to work in a similar fashion, for example don't be in a closed room with a female student alone, again long before #metoo. I imagine it happens elsewhere. And I've been told the emphasis is it's not the girls fault, it's bad teachers that have taken advantage of girls before, and less frequently some girls have made false accusations before. So best to avoid that kind of situation entirely.)
