Yeah, I do agree. In fact I am rooting for NYG to take Barkley for several reasons:
1) miss the opportunity to get Eli's successor from top candidates
2) miss the opportunity to take a player who would be a DE stud for the next 10 years
3) should force the Skins FO to take a DT, which helps us both against Elliot and Barkley
4) keeps them from trading down and building their OL quicker.
