It is entirely possible that people can witness the same events and have completely different perceptions about what happened. Its also possible that one side or the other is being less than truthful.
I'm definitely more skeptical now than I was when the story was first reported. Bruce said they were doing an investigation. Given the scrutiny this type of story generally produces, I'm hopeful it will be a thorough one and more information will be forthcoming in the future. |
