Like it or not, he ran, and won on getting out of the Iran deal. Gas always goes up during this time of the year due to the refineries changing blends, (and when the Republican candidate won, I told my friends we were headed back to the $4 gas days because that's what Republicans do. The shale/fracking industries needs higher gas prices) My company lives off of drivers driving, so yeah it sucks, but it was a lock when the Republicans won, regardless of the Iran deal.
Personally, I've always felt the US was strongest when it leads, and not was lead by the Europeans. I have a strong German background, but the Europeans as a continent are a weak ass people. They have lived under US umbrella for so long that they have forgotten why it was necessary in the first place, and when you get a president like Carter, and Obama who are social change creatures, the European socialists pounce, and bad treaties happen.
