I would call these steps on both sides decent good faith efforts, and hopefully they lead to a verifiable, lasting peace.
I did read the texts of the Panmounjung accord from earlier this year and the agreement text from yesterday. There is still wiggle room, and I imagine if NK decides to get out of the deal, our next practices will be pretty damn intense.
What hasn't been addressed at all in any of the texts is how NK/SK become one Korea again, even it is stated as a goal throughout.

If you further read up on the dismantling of the “test” site. It is one of hundreds AND more importantly it had served its purpose and was no longer necessary. NK put their propaganda spin on it being some olive branch of peace and Fox news ran with it because they want Trump to look like a peace maker. Lol. NK and SK will never be one Korea as long as a murderous dictatorship is running NK and for Trump to say that he is impressed with Jung Un for being able to take over and run it in a “tough” way does nothing towards a goal of world peace. It hinders it.
