Additionally we’re essentially going to operating under kind of a “salary cap penalty” next year due to Alex’s contract. It is highly unlikely we will have a good record - no matter whose coaching. So we’re better off sticking with Jay, and letting the new GM evaluate him over the next year. If we make a head coaching change, next year will he the year to do it.

I also think Norman returns next year at $14m/year. Too many holes to fill and not enough $$$, we’ll see.
