I'm very happy for Sean and love seeing him succeed. But just assuming his exact success would have transpired here as well is silly. There's a lot that goes into winning, from top to bottom.
We may have had a quality coach but he'd be sandwiched with shit above him and shit below him. Hard to win with that.

McVay went to a team that was loaded with talent, which was being held back by a bad coach (Fisher).
