they did this (or someone on this board planned to do this) around VC's end of era.

Unless you change Snyder's need for an up-close buttkisser/sycophant you need and will have a BA/VC type under Snyder in the chain of command.

DS knows the deal, and he has set it up the way he wants it. The fact is this is who the Skins will be.
