Lying season doesn't just apply to coaches and GMs. Consider the sources for all convenient leaks that just so happen to come out during draft week.

Good point, I thought the same thing when I looked at NFL.com earlier and saw, "Sweat heart condition may have been misdiagnosed at combine."...
There's no definitive call being made, it's being released the day of the draft..
To me, it's either a late attempt from his agent to hopefully make sure Sweat's condition doesn't cause him to fall too far OR it's like you said, big-box media drumming up interest.
