why wouldn't this be the place to have an opinion/bias. Chico doesn't represent himself as a neutral presenter, or as something he isn't. Agree or disagree, he lets his opinion be known.
His happens to be right, and yours wrong, most of the time, but that doesn't mean it's not biased
