I don't think Joe Gibbs would advocate for harming another living person, either physically or by removing them from their job.
The better scenario is Dale Jr. calls Snyder directly and says "Dan, it's time. Bruce Allen has to go." And then everything magically clicks in Dan's head and it happens.
