It will be a real treat to see a highly disciplined team after the cupcake style of leadership with Jay. I never thought the HC who wants to be like a buddy, Santa Claus, and just a super chill friend would ever work. I like leaders with real FIRE [emoji91] and who are masters at motivating their people and who work hard to get the most out of every single player. How many times did we see the Redskins come out super flat in a ”must win” game. How many games in the last 6 years did we see the team come out after the half and do poorly?? This team will get far better EVEN WITH THE SAME PLAYERS, just with proper leadership, increased motivation and far better coaching, instruction and discipline.
