But the bottom line is this:
Ron Rivera needs a coaching staff that will reinforce everything he teaches. He has to be in cohesion with his assistants because the players need to hear the same message from any coach no matter who it is. If KOC taught Haskins something that Rivera didn't agree with, it could cause setbacks in his development. That's why I'm not opposed to KOC leaving. The coaching staff has to have a unified philosophy.

Even if KOC becomes the next McVay, good for him, but I like our HC being able to do it the way he wants over the
potential incredible abilities of the young guy.
Again, let's not forget we tend to
over-evaluate the decent to good guys on this team because they were
surrounded by incompetent morons. Same goes for Schaeffer. It's like Sheehan said the other day, we've been stuck in a bar with a majority of 2s and 3s girls, so the few that are 5s or 6s stood out as being incredibly hot. But let's not act like we know for sure they're 10s...
