I lived out side of NYC(Essex County NJ) most of my life till I married then moved to Maryland in 1980 but the family is still all up there. Father worked downtown and we would go into see him once in a while and I hated it. I can get you around town but I get lost in the Subway system up there. We would take the train from town into the city to see the Knicks or Rangers back in the mid 70's .Last time in the city was after 9/11 we had friends come over from England and we took them to NYC and showed them around .You're right about it being backed but back when I was growing up on Sundays and most weekends Wall Street was so empty you could throw a rock and not hit a soul.
