Plus VA cops and troopers are the fucking worst when it comes to pulling people over. If you go something like 16 mph over the speed limit, you get a ticket for reckless driving, have to hire one of their "local" attorneys, pay a fine, go to driving school .... they use tickets as fixed income for their budgets.
