As Daseal said, Elliot talks to Cerrato all the time, and the interviews are usually quite good; informative but always worth a few chuckles as well. I actually started to like Vinny over the course of last season, just because I always enjoyed hearing him joke around with Elliot every week.
My favorite part is always hearing Elliot open every interview with: "VINNY!!! We're going to the Super Bowl!!!", after every Redskins win, regardless of their win-loss record. Vinny always handled it really well-- even when that exclamation rang with excruciating sarcasm.
