Clinton Portis an interesting player.

1. He is a slightly above average NFL RB. He is not a great clutch player. He has good speed and not too much power. Off and on, he can block well.

2. He is a great character and a locker room leader, he also gets along well with the media.

bottom line: He is a young RB from Miami, which (because of the hype and prestrige surrounding the school) makes him seem better than he really is. He cannot handle a full workload. He has a 50 mil contract but needs a #2 back to give him a break one of every 3 series.
