From a pure talent standpoint, the team has been significantly upgraded with guys like Washington, Griffin, Moss, Portis, Springs, Brunell, etc, and these are players that have produced at Pro Bowl levels to boot.

How are we going to draft better when we dont have any early round picks? This team gives away draft picks like Santa Claus gives away presents.
