Seems like he is not an upgrade over what we already have, which is a handful of young backup caliber players. Geron Christian, Cornelius Lucas, Parris and rookie Charles.

RR had been talking up Geron Christian so I dont know if perhaps he is souring on Geron.

Cornelius Lucas I think is the guy to start LT week 1.

Bottom line - we get to kick the tires on a young player who will probably play some snaps this year. Low percent he becomes a long term skin but perhaps out of Sharpe, Lucas, Christian and Charles .. one of them becomes a reliable long term backup a la Nsekhe at either T spot or emerges as a Moses replacement for next year.

Next year we are absolutely adding a quality starter LT. Our future LT is not currently on this roster.

I think the Sharpe acquisition is more of an indictment on Lucas and the Geron.
