Re: Joe Gibbs is the man
This franchise became plainly disfunctional after JKC's passing. Snyder brought a mentality of (1) thinking he knew more about football than he did, (2) impatience (win now at any cost with overpriced veterans), and (3) Vinny must be good cause he wears starched white shirts, suspenders, and likes my cigars.
Into this pathological mix comes Joe Gibbs, who has to reassemble a staff from scratch, re-learn certain aspects of the game and flat out learn how to beat our division rivals . . . and . . . fit into a Snyder-Cerrato led front office (the very people screwing up the team over recent years).
Maybe there's more needed here than just Gibbs, even though I trust him to keep steadily improving the team. (Have I mentioned VC?)
