I am perfectly willing to wait a few years for Gibbs to get the team straight, and molded the way he wants, but my main concern is his patience level. If he were in his mid 50's, it wouldn't be out of the ordinary for him to coach 10+ years, but he's 64. He's not going to be wanting to deal with the 80 hour weeks, grueling all night film sessions, and constantly being under the media microscope for too much longer. I'm thinking he has two or three more seasons left in him at the most.
