It’s easy...the the energy policies governed in republican areas of the country include green energy and when applied correctly is a success. So if you think the gop don’t think them seriously, they do and are successful with implementing them.
When you look at aggressive, clown energy policies which focuses on green initiatives and run by dems...it’s a large failure. California has been a disgrace.
