I was watching it live it was well past 6 pm between 6:15 and 6:30. The police were standing in a line and people we coming up and recording the police and walking around, one guy was drinking a beer. Ironically the police did back up the media. I quit watching soon after that so not sure if they started enforcing it later. It kind of looked like a party on the mall with a police barricade.
