He was mad because the Skins didn't blow everyone out of the water with their initial offer which was way below what he ended up getting from the Giants. He has a very weak argument about being disrespected. He went for the money plaun and simple. And not much more in the end. Smoot definitely got a load more than what the skins ended up offering.

my fault, i guess i forgot
. I had thought that Smoot's offer was just more front loaded and Pierce's was more money and we didn't want to give him that much. I guess that is true in a sense but i thought that Pierce got much more over there and when we got a chance to match we just said "nah bitch"
