The Gyants have had 3 head coaches, we have had 4.

They have had 3 winning seasons in 10 years.

Do you remember how pitiful the NFC was the year they went to the Super Bowl? Plus, they LOST in the Superbowl, and were nowhere near going to it the year before or the year after.

Their last 2 seasons they were worse than we were.

We have a new staff in place headed by one of the most respected head coaches of ALL time.

This was a money and ego decision by Pierce.

It occurred to me that maybe you meant that the organization was constant, as opposed to consistently winning. If so, does the consistency of a losing organization really matter?
