Not really. For one reason, GW has coached somewhere else before, and he might realize that it is probably an easier transition to get promoted up into a system, rather than to go somewhere else and have to assemble everything again. Of course, that doesn't mean that when Gibbs retires, his coaching staff will stay, but if so, I think it would be easier for GW. Then again, it wasn't easy for Richie Petitbone.
