Most of his throws and releases were after a guy made their break.
Its his 3rd start .. but it looks like backyard college intramural football where the most athletic guy is the QB who holds the ball then just tucks and runs 50% of the plays.

Yep, he's not pressured all that much, yet he scrambles more than every other QB besides Daniel Jones and Lamar Jackson.
