I also disagree with the point re bad officiating. It definitely contributed to the Bills extending multiple drives leading to points, and probably caused our inexperienced QB to press more as a result. These things snowball and it definitely felt that way yesterday. To be clear - would it have changed the outcome? Perhaps not, but it would have probably prevented the drubbing.

Come on, this D yielded nearly 500 yards to an offense that was described as struggling and a QB who was supposed to not be playing well, and we gonna complain about a couple of missed holdings (which happens every single NFL game) and a ticky tacky OPI ?
You wanna talk bad officiating, how about that incomplete pass by Herbert that was ruled a fumble and touchback ? And that phantom hold that took Jones TD off the board ?
Was Payne held on that 3rd and 15? Yes. Do officials miss the same kind of holds every game? Yes. Was the OPI call on McKissick ticky tacky ? Yes. Was it a foul by rule and did he sell it awfully bad? Yes.
Point is, bad officiating and missed calls happen all the time, I didn't think we were getting blatantly robbed by the Zebras in this one. We lost because our D played even worse than the 2 previous weeks. Which was already really ugly.
