Jackson said a few teams were interested in him during the free agency and he decided to go with WFT because of the defense coaches.. This might be something both parties believed the transition would be smooth but it ended up being not smooth.

WFT was Norman's first visit and we didn't let him go without a contract.

Despite the difference, the results are similar.
