Yeah, the reason is Pete Hailey doesn't think they belong. It's not like this list came from RR.
You could drop five of the QBs on that list, and replace them with five of the guys I mentioned, and it would be just as useful an article.
I do think it's interesting that two of the QBs Washington was interested in trading for last year aren't on the list though - Mariota & Trubisky.
