I admit I am way off on the value of teams. I thought some teams would be way more valuable then they seem . Steelers for one Saints and Chargers are others. What is interesting is the disparity in the "operating cost" numbers. |
To be fair I don't think it's completely absurd to say the circumstances of the sale would impact the price to some extent. But on the long run an NFL franchise in the US city capital still will be worth crazy money.
