I don't buy that no coach will come here. Anyone will come here for the right amount of money. There's no cap on what coaches are paid. Dan got Mike Shanahan to come here. He got Ron to come here to change the culture. The problem Dan has is he should have never given Ron total control. Ron should have control over his coaches and the roster. The GM should have control over who comes to the roster.

We know Dan is a shitty person but as far as this go around, this is all on Ron. This roster is all on Ron- Wentz, the o-line, Del Rio, Scott, Jamin Davis, no depth on the o-line, d-line, crappy kickers, all on Ron.
