I'm also amazed that the NFL puts up with one of its major market franchises being such a cluster f. Its one thing for Jacksonville or Indianapolis to be a mess but the franchise in the Nation's Capitol that should be the face of the league to seats of power is another.

The stadium lease always confused me as the team actually owns the stadium and the property it's on. So what exactly runs out in 2027?
