I'd actually be OK with just giving it to Zampese or Shurmur. I doubt anyone is here more than 1 year anyways.
If Snyder sells the team, one of us could be the OC and I would be happy next season.
I'm under the assumption that no one in the front office or coaching staff will be here in 2024.
