I feel like as long as I hear "commanders"...it's always going to be a reminder of Snyder. Maybe the Rales/Harris guys having lived in DC are familiar with what Snyder has done to the franchise and would realize the fans would want a new name and look that leaned more to the past...but maybe that's a small percentage of us.

I agree. Whoever buys the team should rebrand. There were a lot of options suggested by the fans. Sentinels & Redwolves/Wolves were my favorites.
