in other words it's saying that the skins could have a division record of 2-4 ,while dallas has a division record of 4-2. the skins would win the division because their 2 division victories were against dallas.

Both teams have SAME overall record. One team swept the other....What sense would it make to send the team that Lost to the other twice to the playoffs?
