Nobody said Ramsey is incapable of outperforming Brunell, but if Brunell is healthy, you don't stick Ramsey in at this point just to see if he can out perform Brunell....that is what preseason is for. As said before, we know what Brunell is capable of, and a proven veteran is always better to turn to than someone who
might be capable of the same performance.
