Radiation and chemo aren't the only forms of treatment for cancer.
My dad had a small hole in the back of his head and it was skin cancer - he had one operation where they blasted layers and layers of skin until the small 1/4" hole turned into a 2" hole and the cancer was eradicated.
My point is we had no idea what it was - all we knew is it could've potentially been a problem. Obviously Trent didn't feel wanted or appreciated so he wanted out. I wish we could've kept him but he was the last in a long line of quality players to feel like this team fucked them. It is what it is.
