He is one of the greats but I don’t bring in a HC over 70 for this situation.
If we had an elite QB like Brady, Warner, or Manning for a few years then BB would be a great fit, similar to what Tampa did with Bruce Arians and Brady. I just don’t see him developing a team right now.
