From all accounts he sounds like a good dude, a real standup guy. Snapping is like a golf swing, once you get in a rut it's hard to get out. Hopefully he gets right and can resume his career. Still, Ron should have seen this coming, we all knew very early on in the season this was an issue and he let it go on way too long. Fuckin Ron.
