He is getting the most out of an average QB. He will put an emphasis on an oline. The Lions score points w/ that average QB that McVay did not want. Get it done. It ain't that hard. He will bring the absolute best out of the QB.

Zac Robinson is a QB coach who is coaching under McVay. I think he's perfectly capable of coaching a rookie QB up.
